SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimension-based. The dimension of any such item can be found on its detail page. 

Domestic Hong Kong orders will arrive in 2-3 business days via SF Express (http://www.sf-express.com/) ;  Free delivery to the commercial area or SF pick-up station on any purchase over HKD500; extra HKD30 will be charged for the delivery to the commercial area and HKD60 to the residential area on any purchase below HKD500

International orders will arrive in 3-5 business days via SF Express(http://www.sf-express.com/)

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. We advise our international customers to be aware of their countries tax policies before purchasing.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped along with a tracking number.  Please note, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
